How We Started
After nearly a decade in the pest control industry, I kept seeing the same problem: apartment buildings getting treated like oversized houses.
A technician would show up, spray one unit, and leave. Two weeks later, the property manager would call back because the roaches had moved next door. The cycle would repeat—unit by unit, month after month—while the real infestation spread through the walls.
I started APE because I knew there was a better way. Apartments aren't houses. They're interconnected systems where pests travel through shared walls, plumbing, and common areas. You can't fix one unit and call it done.
So I built a company around that reality. We track every unit, coordinate with tenants, and treat buildings as buildings—not collections of separate problems. It's a different approach, and it works.
