Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

Apartment Pest Experts provides professional pest control services exclusively for apartment buildings and multi-family housing in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Our services include preventive treatment, emergency response, unit tracking, and compliance reporting.

Service Agreements

Specific terms for pest control services will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided to you before work begins. That agreement, along with these Terms of Service, governs our relationship.

Scheduling and Access

To provide effective pest control services, you agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the property and affected units
• Notify tenants of scheduled treatments as required
• Ensure units are properly prepared according to our guidelines
• Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of the service date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 60 days past due.

Limitation of Liability

Apartment Pest Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
